She supports a wide range of clients in their business and digital transformation by leading top middle-to-senior level search assignments for high tech, sales and operational roles such as Enterprise Architect, PMO, Digital Director, IT Security Risk and CTO, among others. She also specializes in searches of HR professionals covering both generalist or specialist HR roles in a European level.

Prior to joining the firm, Eva worked for 8 years as an International Executive Search Consultant for PENNA HR Consulting Group in Spain. She brings experience in delivering National and International executive search projects across Europe and Latin America with a strong emphasis in the Engineering and Technology market from software vendors to cybersecurity players and IT corporate areas within large multinationals.

Due to her previous experience, she also collaborates with the Firm´s talent advisory practice to provide insight into leadership, engagement and D&I challenges facing our clients.
