Ms. Roman brings more than 12 years experience in talent attraction and acquisition across Europe and Latin America, with a strong emphasis in the Engineering and Technology market from software vendors to cybersecurity players and IT corporate areas within large multinationals.

She supports a wide range of clients in their business and digital transformation by leading top middle-to-senior level search assignments for high tech, cyber and IT operational roles such as Enterprise Architect, CIO, CISO to Infrastructure Management, IT Security Risk, Ethical Hacking, among others. She also specializes in searches of HR professionals covering both generalist or specialist HR roles in a European level.

Due to her previous experience at Penna Consulting Group PLC, she also collaborates with the Firm's talent advisory practice to provide insight into leadership, engagement and D&I challenges facing our clients.
