As a project manager, Evan plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects aimed at enhancing leadership development and skills within organizations

His work at Korn Ferry is to lead the project planning through collaboration with the clients, while coordinating and aligning the teams on deliverables. This includes the projects quality assurance, managing risks, and the necessary reporting and documentation throughout the project's life cycle.

Evan has led complex projects that involve both in-person delivery and through online learning platforms. His clients represent a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis in Life Sciences. 

With a background in project management and marketing, Evan has experience in project planning, creative problem solving, learning platform development, and organizational strategy.

Previously, he was a project manager at the American Skin Association in New York. Evan oversaw all projects in support of their mission of advancing research in skin cancer and championing skin health, particularly among children.

Evan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in International Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University in Sweden.
