With more than two decades of executive search and public sector experience, Ms. Dworak brings a wealth of knowledge to Korn Ferry. Since joining the Firm, she has been largely involved in searches on a local, regional and EMEA level in telecommunications, consumer, transportation and manufacturing industries.

Ms. Dworak possesses an in-depth knowledge of assessment methodology and experience in leading management assessment projects in Central and Eastern Europe, in various fields like telecommunications, financial and oil sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1999, she was executive director, human resources for a French company based in Budapest.

Earlier, Ms. Dworak was with a leading international executive search firm as an executive consultant.

Early in her career, she spent 15 years with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in various top management positions, with her final role as director. She set up the French-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and led it as its first director.

Ms. Dworak holds both a doctorate and bachelor's degree in economics from the Budapest University of Economics. She is fluent in English and French.
