Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Enda was a Senior Consultant and Director of Research for a market leading executive recruitment firm in Ireland for just over 10 years. Managing teams, he has led searches at both management and executive levels across a wide variety of sectors including: Retail and Consumer Products, Construction, Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Technology.

Enda also has an accomplished track record delivering senior hires in the Healthcare, Government, Professional Services, Broadcast and Digital Media spaces.

Prior to moving into executive search, he worked in commercial roles for UKTI in Dublin. Previously he also served as Sales Manager with Chartered Accountants Ireland. Upon graduating from university, Enda joined Panasonic where he worked as a Product Manager in their Consumer Division.

Enda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
