Ms. van Wely ensures that transformations take root in the organization by focusing on change management aspects like targeted communication and value development. She specializes in steering success through strategic performance management involving employees, work councils, and management.
Ms. van Wely works largely in restructuring programs for business and HR in financial services companies, performance management implementations across the business in manufacturing and pharmaceutical organizations, setting up project organizations for several companies and rolling out global job framework in chemical industry company.
Ms. Van Wely has helped organizations develop and implement strategic change. Since joining Korn Ferry her field of work focuses on performance management, work measurement, program and project management, and change management, applied to business as well as HR strategy execution. She has also worked as an operations manager and a resource manager.
With her engineering background and history in research and development and food production as well as consulting. Ms. van Wely has easy access to the business language of her clients. At this moment she combines a consulting role with being senior business partner sales operations.
Ms. van Wely graduated in applied physics at Delft University of Technology, and took foundation courses in philosophy at Leiden University and Psychology at Heerlen Open University. Before joining Korn Ferry, she worked for Nolan, Norton & Co and Atos Consulting in the same fields. She started her career with Unilever Research as research and development program manager and was involved in implementing organizational change.
