Ellen brings two decades of industry knowledge and search expertise. Her clients span from publicly traded companies to family-owned and private equity-backed organizations, many in the industrial sector.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ellen had led the Chief Financial Officer and Private Equity practices for two boutique executive search firms. She began her search career with another world-renowned global executive search firm.

Earlier in her career, Ellen was a Chief Financial Officer for a high growth private equity-backed e-commerce company. Prior to that, she was with Citicorp and KPMG.

Ellen holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. She is active in the community.  She is currently a board member for Raise the Future and a member of the Colorado Inclusive Economy (CIE). She was previously part of Leadership Denver, and a member of other non-profit boards.
