Elise Schroeter works at the most senior levels of leadership as an advisor to clients on talent and organizational strategies, as well as on leadership effectiveness within the Board and CEO practice at Korn Ferry. She leads the firm’s CEO/C-Suite Impact Accelerator global offering, advising CEOs and Boards on strategic issues, and is based in the Atlanta office.
Ms. Schroeter has delivered specialized solutions in human capital and program management to signature organizations that span banking, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, health care, logistics and transportation, media, consumer goods, higher education, and the utilities and services sectors around the world.

Previously with a distinguished global advisory firm, Ms. Schroeter was the Head of the Montreal business, transforming the business and leading the merger and integration of the Quebec operation. She has led large-scale multi-million-dollar M&A initiatives through change management, functional transformation, and the design and launch of total rewards programs, products and organizational communications.
Schroeter is valued by colleagues and clients alike for her conceptual and analytical thinking combined with business acumen, international fluency, and a keen focus on creating value and competitive advantage. She is described as a bold operator and big thinker, passionately client and people-oriented promoting the wellbeing of her teams, and as a consummate collaborator enabling shared success.
Fluent in German, French and English, she often is asked to share her global perspective on people issues such as women in leadership, diversity, equity & inclusion and organizational excellence, having served as a speaker and author for events and publications on these topics.
Schroeter earned her M.B.A. degree from Temple University with a concentration in international business and human resources. Additionally, she earned a Master’s Certificate in European economics from the Europa Institute at the University of Saarland in Germany and graduated from the U niversity of Benin’s School of Business in Nigeria with a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics. Schroeter served on the Willis Towers Watson Canada Board from 2016-2019 and is currently a Member of the HR Committee of the Board of the Foundation of the Jewish General Hospital in Montréal.
