Mr. Puig is a leader in providing executive search and human resources consulting services to the Industrial sector. He possesses a wealth of executive search experience with a strong focus within the industrial, oil & gas and energy sectors, as well as automation, automotive, paper & packaging, infrastructure & construction, agribusiness, consumer, transportation, retail, entertainment and publishing industries in Mexico.

He has successfully completed numerous assignments of diverse functions, from general management positions to regional heads posts and senior administrative functions. His consulting experience includes projects in organization, strategy and management assessment.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 2007, Mr. Puig worked as a project manager for International Business Solutions, a business consulting company.

Earlier, he served as a corporate business sales manager at ING, a leading financial services company.

Mr. Puig received his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Mexico, and also holds an MBA degree from the IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain.
