Senior Client Partner
Ed Brady is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy Consulting practice and a member of the CEO/C-Suite Impact Accelerator and CEO Succession practice teams.
Mr. Brady is a global human capital advisor with extensive experience building, transforming and leading proactive human resources functions in complex public and private organizations. He has impactfully guided executive teams in formulating organizational change and talent management initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives. As a C-Suite executive and management consultant he has partnered with leadership teams to align organizational strategy with leadership talent, purpose and the key priorities of the business.
Ed is valued by clients and executive teams for his understanding of the intersection of human capital strategy, enterprise leadership and business operations.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ed was a partner with a boutique consultancy providing strategic human capital and organizational advisory services. He previously served as the CHRO for Ventas, Inc., a S&P 500 healthcare REIT, and as Chief People Officer for both a Private Equity-backed investigations and cybersecurity consultancy, as well as a publicly-traded management consulting firm where he was also a client-serving Partner in the consulting business in both the US and Europe.
Earlier in his career, Ed served as an advisor to private equity on human capital deal due diligence and began his career in systems integration and change management consulting.
Mr. Brady earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
