A 20-year veteran of the firm, Doug advises clients through a unique combination of expertise in leadership assessment and development, succession planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. He partners closely with clients to understand their culture, ecosystems, and unique needs, and engages experts and thought leaders to design client-specific solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Doug was a manager of sales operations at an East Bay software company where he oversaw Partner development and the implementation of a CRM. He also served as Principal Consultant at a global consulting firm focusing on training and change management for large ERP implementations.

Active in the community, Doug provides executive support and oversight for local chapters of a global volunteer organization throughout California’s Central Valley. He collaborates with volunteers as well as global, government, and community leaders to improve the lives of individuals and families.

Doug holds a master of organizational behavior degree and a bachelor of science degree in business management, with an emphasis in information systems, from Brigham Young University.
