Her areas of expertise are DEI strategy, inclusive leadership and development, talent accelerator programmes and the future workplace. She has advised global and FTSE 100 organisations.

Donna works in partnership with her clients,  gaining insight on where they are on their DEI journey, the impact of cultural intelligence and the outcomes that clients are seeking to achieve, which enables the deployment of actionable targeted solutions.

Donna has led major public sector IT and service transformation projects in the UK and overseas for a leading advisory firm. She has also supported and coached senor leaders and managers in being their authentic self, client relationship management and retaining diverse talent for global IT, pharma and professional services organisations.

She is a Cipfa qualified accountant, has a business studies degree from LSBU and a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in Strategy, Innovation and Leadership from Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Donna is an award winning Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME)  executive, mentor,  gender and race equality champion. She is also a judge for several award programmes which have diversity and inclusion as their core tenet.

Donna is married, lives in London and has had the privilege of presenting at the EU, in Brussels, on the importance diversity in IT and working with Nelson Mandela’s Government in Pretoria, South Africa.
