Mr. de Vos has delivered successful business solutions for a wide range of organizations in various sectors such as financial services, FMCG, retail, professional services and utilities.

Both in the Netherlands and in South East Asia, he has worked closely with business leaders on various organization and people related topics. He advices on the optimization of the organization (structure, processes and accountabilities), strategic workforce planning, talent management and performance management.

Mr. de Vos is an accredited and recognized expert in Korn Ferry's job analysis and job evaluation methodologies and he has deep expertise in the clarification of strategies and organization design.

He has led various (international) change programs (e.g. culture transformation or design and implementation of new business and operating models), building on the organization's strategic objectives.

He has experience in various ways of working when realizing program objectives, including agile.

Mr. de Vos holds a Master of Science, graduated in Business Administration at the University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. During an Exchange Program, he studied Economics in Alicante, Spain.

Mr. de Vos was based in the Korn Ferry Jakarta office for 3 years (2013 - 2015) working with Indonesian, Malaysian and Singaporean clients.

In addition to his native Dutch, he speaks fluent English and has a moderate understanding of Indonesian.
