Global Human Resources Business Partner
Dennis Deans is the Vice President of Global Human Resources based in Korn Ferry’s Princeton, NJ office.
Dennis joined Korn Ferry in June of 2021 as a consultant to the North American Consulting business and project leader on various cross-LOB and HR initiatives. Dennis currently has HR responsibility for Korn Ferry’s North American businesses as well as the Global Consulting and Digital businesses where he partners with the global and regional business leads to bring strategic HR thought leadership and practical HR solutions to our many employee focused initiatives.
Dennis’ HR career spans multiple global companies and diverse industries. He has over 20 years of strategic and hands-on HR and business experience with 15+ years as a HR Business Partner partnering with C-level executives as well as several years as a leader in the compensation center of excellence including sales planning and incentive design.
Prior to his current role at Korn Ferry, Dennis was the Vice President and Global HR Business Partner at IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances), a global leader in the Flavor, Fragrance, and Ingredients industry where he partnered with C-level leaders and their global teams across 46 countries to bring end-to-end HR support to nearly 3,500 employees and contractors. He was also a member of the global project team that completed the $26B merger with DuPont’s Nutrition and Biosciences business; the largest acquisition in the Flavor, Fragrance, and Ingredients industry.
Before joining IFF, Dennis held global generalist and specialist roles at Wolters Kluwer, Bank of America, American Express, GE Capital, and Fidelity Investments.
Dennis holds an MBA in Executive Management and a BS in Marketing from St. John’s University.
