Ms. Klecka has over twenty years of consulting experience focused on leading and providing human capital services to organizations overall and their HR functions. Ms. Klecka has an impressive track record of providing strategic talent solutions to large corporate clients, as well as a wealth of relevant industry experience that has earned her the role of trusted advisor with many senior executives.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2011, she served for fifteen years with a global consulting firm's human capital consulting practice in a succession of expanding roles, starting as a consultant and progressing to partner.

Ms. Klecka serves as our Firm's Global Leader, Human Resources Effectiveness. She has partnered with countless organizations to drive value to the business through HR, from full scale HR transformations to targeted solutions. She has developed an impressive global team within Korn Ferry to serve clients in this regard.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Klecka has deeply enjoyed mentoring and developing other colleagues and clients alike. She has advised many clients for ten years or more, and considers herself fortunate to have worked with so many amazing organizations.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and World @ Work. She is certified as a senior professional in human resources, and as a certified compensation professional.

Ms. Klecka earned a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University of Chicago, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign.
