Denene Berard is a Client Director for Korn Ferry’s Digital team. She work with many of the firms largest and most strategic clients to enable business strategy executions through talent solutions. She works within & across various industries including telco’s, retail & consumer products, industrial, all levels of government, non-profit and financial services.

For over 28 years of experience in talent consulting and leading client relationships. Denene’s focus has been on creating strategies and solutions directly linked to organizational and business goals by bringing the right solutions, leveraging intellectual property, tools and services to drive business success, define what great talent looks like.

Denene acts as a strategic advisor to senior leaders within enterprise sized and global client organizations to diagnose their leadership and talent needs and connect them to the best solutions.  She works closely with other internal colleagues in building effective solutions for our clients representing the full range of Korn Ferry Digital products and service solutions. 

Ms. Berard’s areas of focus cover solutions around talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development  talent architecture, succession via assessing, developing and identifying top talent for organizations, workforce planning, sales development, among other areas.

Denene attended Trent University for undergraduate studies and McMaster University for Post Grad studies. Denene Berard has an Associate Certificate in Project Management through George Washington University. She is a certified instructor in leadership development, sales and customer Service; and is a certified sales coach. She is also certified in competency frameworks,  executive coaching methodologies, and most Korn Ferry assessments.

She was a recipient of the Microsoft Canada Impact Award.  She currently holds a seat on the Start Me Up Niagara Board of Director’s and has held a seat on the Board of Directors as Marketing Director for the CCCE,  Board Member of the Canadian Coalition for Tomorrow’s IT Skills and has been on corporate fundraising committees for the Sheena’s Place and Ovarian Cancer Awareness.
