She has worked with all level of leaders across industry sectors, especially in the energy, tech and industrial market.

Deborah has worked for Korn Ferry and legacy HayGroup since 2008. works across most areas of Korn Ferry’s expertises.

Deborah is passionate about unlocking (leadership) potential and helping leaders and individuals deal with the challenges they are exposed to. Deborah combines sharp analyses of situations with a positive mindset. She challenges individuals and teams to take a refreshing perspective on matters. She is known for her result orientation without losing empathy. She easily connects with people on various levels. 

Deborah works across most areas of Korn Ferry’s expertise and has particular expertise in organizational development, leadership development, performance and talent management, and job design and evaluation.

She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology, with a specialisation in Change Management from The Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. 

Her career started in the traineeship of Randstad and worked several years in a commercial managerial role. In addition to Dutch, Deborah speaks English fluently.
