David is a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry China. He has over 20 years of consulting working experiences.

He is skilled in all fields of Org. and HRM, especially in Org. control and org. structure, Job management and job grading system, Compensation and performance system, Talent management etc.

David has rich project experiences in high-tech & internet industry and SOEs. Kept long cooperation relationship with top firms. Some of David’s clients include:

High-tech & Internet industry: JD.com, Tencent, DiDi, Mei Tuan, NengLian Group, Dang Dang net, Zhidemai Tech.,e-Daijia, China Unicom on-line, Intelllegence Net Tech, Huafeng Measuring tech., Huifu Payment Ltd., ePay of China Unicom, Doyu, Intellengece tech of State Investment Group, etc.

David obtained MBA degree from Business School of Griffith University, Australia, in 2003.
