Dave brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, learning, organisational culture, and transformational change, advising clients across financial services, healthcare, media, communications and consumer products. He joins Korn Ferry from a leading professional services firm where he held an executive role in leadership, culture and change management. Prior to this, Dave was responsible for Leadership and People Development across Europe for an Investment Management business. 

Dave is known for helping companies reinvent their culture, reset their leadership and develop the capabilities needed to innovate and grow. He is a skilled facilitator, known for cutting through organisational inertia with imaginative and pragmatic ways to make things happen. He is passionate about getting leaders closer to their colleagues and customers and the role of insight and experimentation in shifting mindsets and adopting new working practices.
