Damla Tamakan combines consultancy experience in projects as well as deep implementation knowhow in human resoruces and many years of leadership experience.
She started her career as a consultant at Koç Group, and then continued as at Arthur Andersen and E&Y. In the following period, by undertaking various human resources leadership roles in Koç Group companies such as Tat Gıda and Arçelik. Besides the management of routine HR processes; she managed and initiated projects and strategic planning process. Damla was promoted as top executive to the Koç Holding Human Resources role. She led the restructuring of talent management processes for 40 companies, implementing top-executives' development journey and many other new projects. She worked as free lancer to provide consultancy services to companies of many different sizes and sectors.
Damla has a valuable experience in project management and execution in many different subjects, sizes and sectors. With her diverse background and expertise, she led projects such as organizational development, talent management, cultural transformation, leadership development, grading and reward.
She acts as a partner with the company in projects and ensures that all projects are effectively leaded with a strategic view. She contributes to the projects in a way that will make a difference, with an analytical and creative perspective.
