I currently lead a team of data scientists tasked with shaping and developing AI-focused tools and concepts into tangible commercial success for Korn Ferry.

My professional experience includes 12 years spent at Stanford University, where I led several different teams dedicated to providing data-driven insights to leadership. In 2018 I joined Intuit to build out the inaugural people research function. I went on to lead the people analytics consulting team at Intuit, working directly with C-Suite leaders on how to use insights from people data to shape Intuit’s business strategy.

With over 15 years of experience in applied research and analytics, my expertise lies in identifying new opportunities to use people data to drive decisions that lead to positive business outcomes.

I hold a PhD in Social & Personality Psychology from Yale University and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
