Senior Client Partner, Vice President, Projects, North America
Curtis Britt is the Vice President for Korn Ferry’s Projects business in North America. His primary focus in this role is to ensure that the Projects organization is well equipped to meet our client's volume and velocity-based hiring demands across North America.
With over 15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition space Mr. Britt is uniquely qualified to manage the fulfillment of our client’s event driven hiring demands ranging from Digital and Technology Transformations to sales team build outs and new product launches. With experience in industries ranging from High Technology and Professional Services to Financial Services, Healthcare and Consumer Goods Mr. Britt’s vast industry experience allows him to understand how each client’s unique environment dictates the type of resources needed.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Britt was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for IBM where he managed the talent acquisition process for all experienced professionals in their nearshore delivery centers. He worked with Delivery and Hiring Managers to forecast internal skills gaps and design strategies to close those gaps.
Having previously spent a number of years in various senior leadership roles at Robert Half Technology, Curtis most recently managed a team of Talent Acquisition specialists that made up one of the top offices globally for the firm.
Having started his career as a HR Generalist he also has a background in HR processes, compliance, employee training, career advancement and payroll processing.
Curtis Britt graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing. He is also the founding member and organizer of a local Agile User Group.
