Ms. Gonzalez is involved in and leads projects through strategic transformation, development and succession programs, performance management, assessment centers, and executive coaching. She supports organizations, helping them find and review main process to achieve their strategic goals.

Ms. Gonzalez works with leaders to create high performance teams, defining talent processes. She collaborates with role matrix and design competences framework providing support for talent management. Ms. Gonzalez has leaded and participated in defining successful business solutions for many organizations, in Europe and Central America.

Ms. Gonzalez specializes in leadership and talent management. Over a period of fifteen years with the company, she has lead and participated in a wide range of projects including transformation plans, executive coaching, performance management systems, competency modelling, talent management, and development programs.

Ms. Gonzalez has also managed clarity and organizational effectiveness projects, (climate diagnosis, role profile), which help her offer an integrated approach in different organizational contexts.

Ms. Gonzalez holds a degree in economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and master in business administration from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI). She holds many Korn Ferry certifications in coding, emotional intelligence, Talent Q, job evaluation, etc.

Ms. Gonzalez is a native Spanish speaker and is average level of English.
