His professional expertise spans organisational strategy and design, business culture change, leadership assessment and development, enterprise learning and talent management.

Clive’s current research interests include how businesses manage their organisation through crisis,  the future of the work delivery, and ESG sustainability.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Clive was a Director in Organizational Transformation at Deloitte, and held a similar role at PA Consulting before that. Clive has also held Global OD leadership positions at Syngenta AG in Switzerland, and at British Telecom in the UK. 

Clive holds a Masters degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the University of Cape Town.

He is a Chartered Industrial & Organisational Psychologist and certified Level A & B Psychometrist.

Has completed business change and Advanced HR executive education programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Lausanne.
