Ms. Scandroglio has recently led big international projects with multinational clients, coordinating colleagues from different countries and working in different expertise areas. She acts as client manager for a number of Italian clients and is the Italian work measurement expertise head.

Ms. Scandroglio's expertise lies in organizational analysis, benchmark and design, job analysis and evaluation, design of reward policy, design and implementation of performance management and incentive systems, remuneration analysis, and job family modelling.

Ms. Scandroglio has worked for consulting firms with responsibility in developing client relationships and business as well as managing complex projects in organization and work measurement areas.

Ms. Scandroglio has a degree in economics from Bocconi University of Milan. Previously, she was a compensation and benefits supervisor for Accenture in Italy.

Ms. Scandroglio is fluent in Italian and English.
