Specializing in placing top Human Resources executives in Atlanta and across the Eastern United States, her background consulting with many of the Fortune 500 organizations in Atlanta allows Cindy to quickly understand her clients’ organizational cultures and identify the right talent fit.
Cindy began her recruiting career in 2015, where she was promoted twice within her first three years to achieve the highest level individual contributor role, Executive Senior Partner. Energetic and personable, she has quickly become known as a closer and as a trusted consultant to her clients and candidates. “If a job is closeable, Cindy will close it.”
Since 2017, Cindy has been the top HR recruiter for the Atlanta branch and has been in the top 10 HR recruiters nationwide. Additionally, in 2020 and 2021 she was awarded Platinum Elite status which is given to the top 15 recruiters in the company.
Prior to her career in talent acquisition, Cindy spent eight years in organizational development consulting and project management while working with global and boutique management consulting firms in the greater Atlanta and Washington, D.C. areas. Cindy’s experience in organizational development and change management allows her to ask the right questions of both her clients and candidates to drive a successful placement.
Cindy holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner.
