Several of Chris Rowe’s recent client engagements have included the development of strategic blueprints and  organization transformation / alignment initiatives. The outcomes of Mr. Rowe’s advisory services has led to the integration of programs and services to support hospital / physician alignment and engagement;  value-based care delivery, inclusive of care coordination, care  management, and care variability; and the integration of analytics to enable a consistent financial reporting platform across care settings.   

Mr. Rowe’s unique skillset enables him to partner closely with health systems, hospitals and physicians throughout the strategic assessment, development and transitional phases of Korn Ferry’s varied health care solutions.

Mr. Rowe brings more than 20 years of progressive health care and advisory experience to Korn Ferry clients, including the successful planning and development of activities that foster improved physician-hospital relationships, engagement, operating margins, operational efficiency, and quality and care coordination activities. He has extensive experience in developing and leading effective teams across multiple sites and initiatives, and he possesses a unique combination of experience in consulting, hospital operations, physician practice management, and an advanced knowledge and understanding of health care regulatory law.

Mr. Rowe holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo., and a Bachelor of Science in business administration in finance from Samford University in Birmingham, Ala.
