With over 25 years of HR consulting and business psychology, Christopher has dedicated his career to supporting leaders to be at their best so they can lead their teams with confidence and help their organization do extraordinary things.

He has partnered with organisations and individuals to achieve their strategic, commercial and operational objectives across Australian, European, US and Asian markets.

Christopher takes a practical, commercial and scientific approach to executive development, harnessing deep expertise in the neurology of leadership, team effectiveness and organisational transformation.

From direct experience in running businesses and leading teams, Christopher delivers a blend of executive coaching, mentoring and advisory, allowing clients to break through complex challenges.

Balance and wellness is central to Christopher’s approach to coaching, development and team effectiveness. He’s built and  validated executive wellness tools which have helped clients increase their resilience, energy, stress tolerance, focus, concentration, self-esteem and work output.

Christopher is a regular speaker, presenter and commentator on issues facing leaders and organisations, with a specific focus on the practical application of neuroscience principles.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Christopher founded and scaled three consulting firms, listing one of the ASX, selling and integrating the others. He has also led large corporate teams, winning awards for leadership and team performance.

Complimentary to client work, Christopher applies his passion and energy to a range of charities and community causes focused on children’s health and education; mental health and wellbeing; and violence in society.

Christopher holds a Post Graduate degree in Organisational Psychology and Bachelor of Arts [Psychology] from Macquarie University. He is accredited in a range globally recognised assessment tools and the Advanced Leader as Coach [ALAC] program.
