Ms. Kuppens possesses over twenty years professional experience in organization development and leadership roles. Her current role entails leading the firm's government leadership coaching practice, serving in a senior organization development consultant capacity.

Prior to her current role with the firm, she has been consulted for the Federal Aviation Administration in an organization development, structure, process redesign, and team development capacity.

She is an experienced project manager and an expert in the development of leadership courses.

She also handles the management and development of a network of independent leadership coaches.

Ms. Kuppens holds both an executive organization development certificate and a master of business degree from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in communications and political science from Boston College (summa cum laude). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has been a career management mentor with Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
