Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Chris led Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific operations of Takeda and Shire, the latter of which included accountability for China, Japan, manufacturing and RPO implementation.

He also supported talent development programs, employer branding design, and organizational restructuring initiatives across the company’s Growth & Emerging Markets region.

Chris started his executive search career with another search firm, initially in Singapore, where he helped establish the firm’s regional Life Sciences Practice, and later in China, where he established its in-country Medical Devices practice.

Chris has lived in the US, Germany, Taiwan, China and Singapore. He holds degrees in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia.
