Lee Yen Chin is a Client Partner with Korn Ferry Singapore.
Ms. Chin brings over two decades of consulting, and business management experience across numerous industries including the life sciences, chemical, oil & gas, technology and financial services. She leverages her keen business acumen and talent expertise to translate and crystallize organizational requirements into practical solutions.
She draws on her experience as a former business leader responsible for steering new market development in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South East Asia countries to bridge the link between leadership impact and business outcomes.
Ms. Chin’s expertise spans across inclusive talent consulting, leadership development and executive coaching. She is versatile in working with a range of organizational groups and has extensive experience partnering with clients on large scale interventions.
She is experienced and passionate about empowering under-represented voices and building confidence in leadership transitions. She is especially sought after to support women in leadership transitions.
As a core member of the Korn Ferry Diversity & Inclusion Practice, she partners her clients on DEI diagnostics, culture building and skills development.
She contributes actively outside of work as Board President of a Singapore based NGO that empowers and supports under-privileged mothers back into gainful employment.
Ms Chin is a Registered Corporate CoachTM with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC)®. As an Executive Coach, she adopts a guided discovery approach as she believes that every coaching conversation is a journey of self-discovery and transition.
In addition to being a certified feedback coach for Korn Ferry’s suite of assessment tools, she is also accredited in the administration and application of the Hogan assessments.
Ms. Chin holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the National University of Singapore. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked across Asia.
