In her previous role with Korn Ferry, she led multiple competitive intelligence talent mappings for pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology clients. In addition to executive search, she currently supports two of Korn Ferry’s global pharmaceutical clients across all three lines of business (Executive Search, Professional Search and Advisory).

Ms. Wells has extensive experience partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations in attracting a diverse range of senior executive talent, including CEOs, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Business Officers, Chief Medical Officers and Board Directors. In addition to her C-Suite work, she specializes across the R&D, medical affairs, business development, corporate strategy and commercial value chains.

Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications and a minor in business from TCU.
