Carrie Desgagne is an Associate Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s Vancouver office.

She defines her purpose as helping organizations and leaders thrive by offering the right mix of challenge, advice and support to enhance impact.

With over 12 years experience consulting with clients, Carrie works collaboratively with clients to find the right solution to their needs. She is skilled at providing logical, pragmatic support and trusted for her professional expertise and experience.

Her work is focused on supporting clients to both transform and enable their leaders. She leverages her know-how as an instructional designer and facilitator along to engage organizations and deliver solutions that create lasting change. Her experience includes a wide range of multi-level, and global programs. She has deep expertise on a range of Korn Ferry solutions and offerings including leadership and professional development, succession planning, assessment strategy, competency model development, career architecture, and KF’s DE&I offerings.

Ms. Desgagne has been successful in engineering  solutions that support leaders at all career stages in a variety of cultures and sectors including health care, financial services, industrial and telecommunications. She has led strategic talent management initiatives in support of succession planning, senior and high-potential development to foster employee growth, engagement and retention.

Carrie holds a BBA with Distinction, majoring in Human Resources. She is a Certified Executive Coach, a member of the HRMA and holds her CPHR Designation.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Carrie worked in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, delivering results for a variety of organizations.

She has held a number of progressively more senior roles including 10+ years in a direct leadership role with responsibility for teams ranging from 5-150 people.
