Carolyn leverages her research focused background and her client centric approach to help clients exceed their potential. She is driven to help clients achieve new heights and is known for her empathetic and thoughtful approach. She can be expected to bring clients the best of Korn Ferry and its unmatched intellectual property.
She specializes in assessment and leadership development. She has significant expertise in high touch and scaled assessment, providing clients data-based and customized insights and recommendations at both the individual and aggregate level. She also designs and facilitates leadership development programs, helping individuals to grow their capabilities, identify their purpose, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
While Carolyn works across all industries, she has significant experience consulting for clients in Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Industrial.
Prior to Korn Ferry, she completed her doctorate in Social Psychology where she focused her studies on learning and development and gender and leadership. She has published several articles and has taught graduate level courses in psychology. In addition, she has experience in the non-profit world, in coaching, and in fundraising.
Carolyn has a B.A in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She is currently working towards her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and is an active member of Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work (MPPAW).
