Carmen Haschke is a Principal based in the firm’s Vienna office, serving clients globally in the areas of Leadership Development, Assessment and Succession, and Top Team Effectiveness.

As an executive coach and trusted advisor, she supports leaders at all levels, from high-potential and emerging talent to senior executives and C- suite leaders. Her expertise in the talent field includes designing and facilitating leadership development programs, talent acquisition trainings, individual and group assessments, and cultural transformation initiatives.

Carmen brings extensive knowledge in psychometric assessments and holds multiple accreditations in this field. Her solution-oriented coaching approach leverages the coachee’s own resources, fostering meaningful change through the co-active coaching framework built on trust and partnership. She is passionate about empowering leaders to unlock their unique strengths, driving both personal fulfillment and organizational success.

Carmen previously worked several years at Korn Ferry in the execution of international Executive Search assignments across various industries and regions.

Before joining the firm, she served as a Work and Organizational Psychologist for the Austrian Government and as a Team Leader at an international high-end event and travel management agency. During that time, she spent three years living and working abroad across Europe and the US.

Carmen holds a master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Vienna   and   studied “Human   Resource Management” in Spain. She has further completed extensive training at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in London, and her ICF-accredited PCC coaching certification is underway.

Carmen is fluent in German, English and Spanish, and has a good understanding of French.
