Brittany Swain partners with senior leaders and human resources practitioners on organizational and talent development solutions designed to translate talent objectives into actionable initiatives and enable individuals and teams to realize their full potential.
Ms. Swain has nearly two decades of human resources and consulting experience in leadership development facilitation and coaching, high-performance team development, organizational effectiveness, and leadership assessment for development and selection. She works with clients in a variety of industries, with a primary focus in life sciences, healthcare, financial services and retail.
Ms. Swain is a member of Korn Ferry’s Leadership & Professional Development practice and a key contributor to the development of the Top Team Performance solution.
Ms. Swain started her career as an internal human resource business partner at Hay Group focused on recruitment, compensation, benefits and assessment. In 2010 she joined Hay Group’s Leadership & Talent consulting practice and then Korn Ferry’s Leadership Development advisory practice via acquisition in 2015.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource development from Villanova University, along with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
