She focuses on the Food and Beverage, Agriculture, and Chemical Manufacturing industries. Brittany is based in Korn Ferry’s Cincinnati office and providing thought leadership, market expertise and engagement execution across the Supply Chain and Operations division.

Brittany came to Lucas Group in 2017 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Manufacturing practice group. She achieved Presidents club in her first year working at Lucas Group, and was promoted to Senior Executive Search Consultant, then Senior Partner.  Brittany works with top manufacturing talent and leading employers; with a focus in professional search.

In her role, she enjoys having a positive impact on her candidates’ lives by helping them reach the next level in their careers or assisting in finding their “dream jobs.” With a passion for people, Brittany perseveres to make quality matches and improve the lives and situations of both her clients and candidates with each placement. 

Brittany began her career in sales with Cincinnati Bell. Throughout her nearly ten years with the company, she consistently achieved high levels of customer satisfaction by offering high quality results, positive interactions and a philanthropic business model all while building trust.

She also owned and operated an apparel decoration business which exceeded revenue numbers in the first year by more than 150%. Brittany’s sales acumen together with her business-oriented mindset are key to her success in executive recruiting.

Brittany holds a B.A. from Northern Kentucky University.
