Vice President, Global Benefits & Mobility Operations
Brian Bloom is the Vice President of Global Benefits & Mobility Operations for Korn Ferry's Human Resource department located in Los Angeles CA.
Brian has been working for Korn Ferry over 8 years and leads the global benefits and mobility teams.
Brian is responsible for the global health, welfare, and retirement benefits including strategy and administration. He is also responsible for ensuring the firm moves its people up and across the organization in the most efficient and effective manner while creating the most positive employee experience along the way.
Brian manages the global employee stock purchase program (ESPP) and deferred compensation programs. He also leads the safety and well-being committee. Brian co-chairs the COVID-19 task force and ensures all colleagues and offices are safe as we maneuver post pandemic.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian worked for a professional services firm as Vice President. He was a consultant for the health and benefits practice.
He worked with both private and public sector clients in the range of 500, 150,000 lives.
His specialties included; general client management, benefit plan design, funding and cost analysis, strategic benefits planning and goal setting, assessment of carrier and third party administrator capabilities and pricing, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care, life and business travel accident (BTA), employee assistance plan (EAP) and Section 125, contract analysis, consumer, driven healthcare, wellness initiatives and healthcare reform.
Brian has a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University.
