Mr. Johnson is responsible for global information technology strategy and execution.  He is focused on creating scalable digital capabilities that will support and enable the growth of all parts of our business and provide the foundation for expanding our business in new dimensions.

Mr. Johnson brings to the firm over 25 years of experience in business and technology leadership, with a diverse operational background in both the public and private sectors. His expertise spans digital transformation, application development, cybersecurity, infrastructure management and audits and compliance.

He joins Korn Ferry from Resources Global Professionals (RGP), a global professional services firm, where he was Chief Information Officer. At RGP, Mr. Johnson was also responsible for Corporate Operations, which included the Human Resources, Real Estate & Facilities and Business Operations functions.

Prior to that, Mr. Johnson was the director of Operating Forces Support for the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity. Over his 20-year military career, he held various roles, beginning as a naval flight officer and rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel prior to departing.

Mr. Johnson holds master's degrees in information technology management from the Naval Postgraduate School and in computer systems management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in computer information systems from the University of Texas at El Paso.
