In this role, he works within Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices, partnering with new and existing clients within Korn Ferry to provide a seamless talent delivery process.

Mr. Houston has extensive industry knowledge in the Life Science market, and a successful track record of business development with a specialization in the information technology field.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry team, Brandon was a client partner for a retained executive search firm in Boston where he played a key role executing C-level searches for small to mid-size clients in the Life Sciences industry. 

Mr. Houston served as a managing director for 8 years, leading business development and client relations for two national staffing companies with a focus on IT placements.

Mr. Houston obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee.
