Mr. Farrugia supports the full project life cycle for clients including sales, design and development, engagement management, and delivery.

In addition to general leadership and professional development he is an experienced diversity, equity and inclusion practitioner supporting clients to develop strategies and implement systematic or targeted interventions to achieve business results. He has deep expertise in differentiated leadership development and creating equity in client’s talent systems through both behavioral and structural inclusion.

He is an experienced coach for coach for The Inclusive™ Leader Assessment, KF360, Korn Ferry Four Dimensions of Leadership and Talent (KF4D), Leadership Styles and Climate, the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Korn Ferry Assessment for Leadership Potential (KFALP) feedback sessions, and Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).

Mr. Farrugia has worked across multiple industries including but not limited to insurance, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, industrial, manufacturing, technology, retail, healthcare, banking, professional services, and entertainment. He has also completed industry specific training in life sciences.

Mr. Farrugia holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Canisius College, Buffalo N.Y. and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH.
