Responsible for setting strategic direction for the function in EMEA and supporting global New Logo strategy.

Ben leads solutioning with potential new clients,  understanding their talent challenges and creating solutions by bringing together SMEs across all lines of the Korn Ferry business.

Ben’s responsibility is across all Korn Ferry markets, but his particular experience is focused around Global Technology hiring.

In his previous role within Korn Ferry, Ben led global operational delivery teams across both traditional Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions and special projects.

Before moving on to large-scale recruitment solutions with Korn Ferry RPO, Ben was Director of an Executive Search business operating in the Technology Services / Software / Outsourcing sector where he spent over 10 years working across a diverse client portfolio.

Degree educated with a First Class BA Honors degree in Management Studies.
