Previously, she was based in our Bogota office, Colombia, as part of a global team of key account managers responsible for ensuring clients have access and receive Korn Ferry´s complete value proposition and integrated solutions as well as world class service.

Mrs. Fragoso has experience working with regional and multinational clients, while leading and developing her team to deliver client excellence and business growth.

Bringing more than 20 years’ experience in HR and talent consulting, she joined us in 2019 from a boutique firm in Colombia where she was Partner and General Manager.

As an alumna of both Korn Ferry and Hay Group, Mrs. Fragoso has worked in consulting and in talent acquisition, developing particular expertise in organizational design, rewards, assessments and executive search.

A hybrid profile, Beatriz has also worked as head of HR in Oil&Gas and fully understands the challenges facing line managers.

Highly international, Beatriz has lived and worked in various cities across Europe and South America and is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French. She is a graduate sociologist from Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium and also holds a Master’s degree in Education from the Fluminense Federal University in Brazil.
