Bea Staley is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Dallas office and the FinTech Practice Leader for the Global Technology Market.
Bea serves clients operating at the intersection of technology and financial services, partnering with software, payments, alternative finance, cloud and digital banking, and platform companies that are seeking to attract and develop transformational talent across the financial ecosystem.
She has led executive searches, succession planning, and leadership consulting assignments for leading public companies as well as private equity and venture-backed industry disruptors ranging in size from pre-revenue to $10+ billion revenue.
Ms. Staley brings a personal track record of completing high-profile C-level searches for CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, CROs, and CPOs, as well as broad functional coverage across general management, sales, business development, marketing, technology, product, operations, finance, pricing, and human resources.
Bea joined Korn Ferry from another global executive search firm where she was a member of the Financial Services and FinTech Practice.
Her prior search work includes an emphasis on consumer and commercial banking, specialty finance, financial technology, and diversified financial services serving the Top 20 Global Banks, regional and community banks, specialty finance companies, fintech providers, and private equity.
Earlier in her career, Bea worked in business banking and retail bank management at Wells Fargo & Company before transitioning to financial planning and analysis at 7-Eleven, Inc. She began her career at CNN International as a research analyst.
Bea completed her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish language studies and Psychology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in Dallas, Texas.
