Bart is the Commercial Leader for Korn Ferry Digital, leading the Total Rewards and Organizational Strategy business across the Netherlands, DACH, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He also manages a portfolio of national and multinational clients, primarily in the industrial sector, including Oil & Gas and Chemicals.
With over 15 years of experience, Bart specializes in compensation strategy, benchmarking, and job and career architectures, typically underpinned by Success Profiles. He also helps organizations address challenges in engagement, culture, and leadership development. Known for connecting concepts, people, and ideas, he builds strong relationships across teams, and industries, translating strategic insights into practical, actionable solutions.
Bart has extensive expertise in the Korn Ferry Talent Suite applications and tools. He is an accredited facilitator of Your Leadership Experience and certified in Korn Ferry’s Assessment Foundation (KF4D).
He holds a master’s degree in Economics & Law from Utrecht University and previously worked at Mercer and Towers Watson. He speaks Dutch and English fluently and is conversant in German.
