Barry Callender is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry's Diversity and Inclusion Practice (formerly Global Novations) directing our Efficacy Coaching practice.

Barry serves clients in numerous industries as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.

In his consulting role, Barry specializes in facilitating strategic planning and creating outcomes that enhance clients' ability to achieve higher levels of employee engagement,  collaboration and problem-solving.

A seasoned trainer and facilitator, Barry supports his clients' talent management objectives through innovative program design and delivery on topics including leadership, diversity and inclusion, high-performing teams and cultural awareness. Participants emerge with skills and tools that enable them to drive higher levels of teamwork, engagement and innovation.

Barry's coaching practice focuses on helping executives and senior managers fully transition from adding value through their technical expertise to having a strategic impact on their organization and teams.

In his practice Barry utilizes a variety of instruments and assessments to provide his clients with a broad view of their personal brand, strengths and opportunities.

Barry also coaches emerging leaders, providing guidance in the areas of building trusting relationships, establishing strategic networks, and managing high performing teams. In both practices he provides keen insight into effective behaviors and practices for creating more diverse workforces and more inclusive workplaces.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Barry managed a variety of operations and staff functions within United Parcel Service. He managed UPs' Corporate Office Training and Development function as the organization completed the relocation of its corporate office to Atlanta GA.

Barry holds a B.A. from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. from Western Kentucky University. He is certified as a Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute and is a certified practitioner of the HBDI, Hogan and DISC instruments.
