Aurélie leads the EMEA Center of Excellence for Project Management and works closely with the Solution Leader to ensure high standards and quality in the assessment and succession practice. With the sole aim to provide our client’s a premium experience.
She has a successful track record in leading local and international multiple streams project. Her expertise is meanly around leadership and assessments projects but over the years she also gained expertise in organizational design projects.
She leads the end-to-end project lifecycle. Design the project plan and leads the project team according to the agreed guidelines. With a high level of professionalism, she ensures that the delivery meets the expectations and ensures the success of the program.
She will be the central point of contact and link together people, timeline, requirements and results. Aurélie acts as a true partner for our clients by developing strong relationships and ensuring client centricity.
She holds a professional certification as HR officer. She has been certified Prince2 Practitioner in 2018. Before joining KF her previous roles were all client centric; she hold a key role as account management support and also led a customer service team for a big industrial player.
Ms. Maximy is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
