She has a proven track record in leading organizational transformation, managing change, and fostering diversity and inclusion within organizations.

Over her 15-year career, Aslı has held both consulting and execution roles in the oil & gas, consumer products, banking, and advertising sectors, as well as within large international conglomerates.

She has built a diverse career across finance, sustainability, and HR, with international experience in the USA, South Africa, and Turkey. This global perspective equips her with a unique ability to manage organizational and people strategies effectively.

Asli has worked on a variety of consultancy projects focused on people strategy, culture, and sustainability. She served as the Chief Talent and Communications Officer at Publicis Groupe, where she led initiatives in corporate restructuring, talent management, and diversity. Prior to that, Asli worked in assurance services at PwC in the US and Turkey, and in sustainability department at Koç Holding.

Asli holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bilkent University.
