As People Analytics practice lead across EMEA, Ashish is focused on bringing his deep experience to support clients make data-driven decisions on various strategic priorities. In addition to creating innovative, scalable data and insights solution, he will help clients conceptualise complex people and business challenges and help them turn the dial with deep dive studies leading to clear actions and measurable results. He will also focus on building client analytics, insights and advanced analytics capabilities within Korn Ferry consulting working collaboratively and in partnership with Korn Ferry Institute.

In his 20+ years’ experience he has worked across multiple global organisations, leading brands & industries (Technology, Media, FMCG, Professional Services and Manufacturing). He has helped organisations build analytics capability, maturity & analytics operating models that have delivered business value, cross business collaboration and engagement. He brings to practice, the right analytical rigour, discipline and business thinking helping clients get a data driven understanding of the intersection of people, processes, and technology.

Ashish believes in continuous learning and development. In addition to his diverse work experience, he holds a distinction in his Engineering degree, MBA in finance and MSc in International banking – specialising in private equity and venture capital. He is completing his Doctorate in Business Analytics from Aston University, with research focus on cognitive & Neuro diversity in modern workplace.

In addition to being a Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant CAICTM USAII Ashish is certified Strategic Workforce Planning Practitioner, professional member of the CIPD and active member of the Institute of Consulting and holds numerous certification & professional membership in Data Science, Advanced Analytics & visualisation, Technology based product management & SCRUM and Agile practices.
