Ms. Tadimalla joined Korn Ferry in 2010 as a Sr. Associate, and specializes in conducting executive searches for both venture-backed, early stage and established biotechnology companies, recruiting for positions across R&D, including discovery research and clinical development, as well as business development, commercial heads and CEOs.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Ms. Tadimalla served as a post-doctoral intern at Genentech Inc in San Francisco and earlier was both a Graduate and Undergraduate Intern at Genencor International.

Ms. Tadimalla is a graduate from the University of California, San Diego where she earned a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology.
She also holds an M.B.A. with a minor in entrepreneurship and general management and a Masters in Biotechnology from San Jose State University. She received a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University.
