Anya holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and her Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Additionally, she holds a Prosci Change Management Certification, ICF Coaching Certification, and is a Certified Practitioner of MBTI & KF Assessments (KFLS, KF360, Leadership Potential, Learning Agility, Emotional Intelligence, and The Inclusive Leader).
